Or not... My summer has been quite boring so far. I've done basically nothing other than go to bed at 3am and wake up at 2pm almost everyday so far. I mean i've done other things to, that's just the main one.

We did hay one day from 4pm till 10:30pm -twitch- We got something like 900+ bales of hay up in the barn. Not to mention a lot were heavy from being semi damp since it hasn't really stopped raining yet. I dislike water falling from the sky this much.

The next day was the auctioning off of everything, and i mean everything, in my grandpa's shop. It's completely empty now! It's so crazy weird. And omg the auctioneer was amazing. This guy didn't take a break and was talking from 2:30pm till almost 8pm! Insane. Made $11,000 total course then minus all the stuff that had to be paid for my Nanny made $7,000. Which is still pretty amazing. My grandpa estimated he had $10,000 in there before he passed away. He was almost dead on. It was funny though watching what things sold for! Like srsly. Go buy something of mine? I'd greatly appreciate it. I want to enter our towns fall foliage festival in the fall, but it's so expensive [for me at least] to
1. try to get in
2. pay for your space once you're in
3. purchase things for my photographs to go in
4. print my pictures
4's a maybe though because i haven't started searching photo-lab prices to see exactly how much it would cost. I still would like to do the show though. It'd be nice if the website told me when the deadline was, not just when late fees start applying....oh well. We'll see.

The day after THAT [notice i have busy days all at once so i get NO sleep, then i have absolutely nothing to do...] my uncle and i walked around an antique mall for two hours. It was more of a giant garage sale than an antique mall... And his GPS said burger king so funny. It was, yeah.

So my brother and i got really bored and went outside at like 10pm and were chillin' in the middle of the street like we often do, but with glow bracelets and i had an idea. I went and got my camera and set the shutter down to 25 and turned the flash on and we took pictures and made shapes with the glow bracelets! It was SO much fun. If you've never tried it you must must must!!! We got progressively better as we went on. My brother drew a pretty good piano considering the time and not being able to see where your last line was. They're pretty cool pictures. I may have to upload one or two on here just to show you :]

I have come to the conclusion i shouldn't be a cosmetologist. I cut my bangs again, and messed up again xD They're not BAD, i just have to straighten them or they flip out ;~; lol. I also cut my horse Fred's mane >.> heh. It's a good thing he doesn't show or it'd have to be fixed. In my defense he kept moving! and putting me in the middle of his stall which is substantially lower than the edges, and he is taller than i. So it was hard cutting at a bit above eye level...It's not that bad though. He'll be cooler now.

Speaking of cooler, COOL that it HAILED last week the size of quarters!?! It's SUMMER, not winter. No hail would be nice and sound quite right to me. I mean geez. It's one thing the rain can't even make up it's mind, starting and stopping every few hours, but hail?! =.=

Telekinesis is my new music obsession. They're amazing. I mentioned them last journal, but srsly I absolutely love their song I Saw Lightning. It's so pretty! I know i said that before too, but that's just how much i like it haha. You should go listen to them if you like alternative. I've also become a little more tolerable to screamo music xD I hung out with my cousin and stole some of her older brother's music. Only like 10 songs >< then we went back up to the ponies. Which you'll eventually get to see LOL. I will upload pictures eventually! It's such a pain putting copyright things on them since so many people are so stupid and steal artwork. I mean srsly, why? We put the hard work into it and just want to show it off, see what others think, and they take it. It's so stupid. /sigh

Another stupid thing: Facebook has usernames now......really??? That's gay. Sorry lol. If your friends can't spell your name to find you on facebook that's so their problem and so sad.

I'm loving journal skins though! Now if you could have skins and do critiques without having a sub i'd be pretty much pleased. Yeah you can comment critiques, but like, it's so not the same!
It'd be cool if more people found the amazing unknown artists who get no attention too.

So i've decided to start entering photo contests here on dA! It's really challenging for me >w< I know what i want in my head, but i'm having difficulty reproducing it! Especially ones that i'd like to photograph people for. I wish i had friends who liked having their picture taken. Or neighbors, siblings. Maybe i'll go find a hobo and take them out for a meal in exchange for letting me take pictures of them for the contests haha. I've always wished there was some group that created baskets with essentials for the season for hobo's. Like a blanket, sweater, some food that wont go bad quickly. Little things make such a difference.

[link] just to throw that in again. I'm being very persistent on trying to make money haha. I have glass that need foiling atm. That's my job. I help my mom's friend with her stained glass window business. I do it all. But mostly foiling because i'm so fast and can do it at home. She had a ton for me to do a few weeks ago and i haven't had any till today. I really should get a job at Book-A-Million or something.

I changed my avatar! I just wish it looked as pretty as the picture full sized... oh well though. It was taken in the house across the street from me's tower. Yeah, it has a tower. And the tower has an amazing view, but is like 30 degrees hotter than the rest of the house, which is at least 10 degrees cooler than it is outside. It hasn't been very warm lately though. In the 70's with all this damn rain we're getting. The guy who owns the house hasn't touched it in a year. There are these super cute groundhogs living under/in it!! Omg they're so adorable! I made friends with one haha. But the house is unlocked, so i just went in. I didn't take many pictures though because i really needed to use my flash, but i didn't want my other neighbors to see it from their windows because they spazz when i even walk through the yard of the house as a shortcut..... i'm like hey, you know me, really. Stupid old people =.= Some old people are nice and cool. To many are just plain hateful to you because you're young! Like just because you're young you're disrespectful and unruly??? I mean srsly COME ON.

So i absolutely hate my internet. It has been majorly failing lately. Kicking me off of iChat and MSN. Not loading internet pages for 5mins. Disconnecting, but SAYING it's still connected. It's gotten worse. I don't receive half the messages people send to me on MSN, nor do they get mine, and UGH it's so gay. So, so gay.

I don't really write many journals xD i just noticed that. It's probably better that way though. Otherwise you'd be like omg shut up!

I got this nifty book at BAM, and it's basically like an anime coloring book. It's really amazing I love it. I fail at coloring with my copic markers, but it's okay. I wont get better without practice and i've only used them like 4 times... So this is good for me. I hope... I need to learn how to shade! Like srsly. And the secrete to coloring small areas with copic's and not making them look so fail.

I bought a telephoto lens!!!!!! It should be getting here tomorrow [the 18th]!!!!! I'm SOOOOOOO excited. You have no idea. I have no money now, but i don't even care! I'm going to has a spiffy new lens to play with

Have you ever put a hair wrap in your hair before? I put one in mine a couple weeks ago and it's in the most perfect place ever and looks spiffy and red and is the perfect size because my brush goes right over it. If you've never had one in your hair before you have no idea what a pain they can be if you have to hold them away from your head to brush your hair. But yeah. It's starting to slide off. I had it right against my head and now it's about a cm+ away. It's whatev's though. I figure if i don't have to sit and take it out, then i'm good. So the faster it falls out the better really ^^
